In the unlikely event that you receive an item which was not ordered or damaged or defective or of different quantity
(either less or more) stated on your order form , you shall write us an e-mail within 3 three days of order receive.

Please be informed that the product should be returned in the condition it was found when opened.
The product should not be used or repaired.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags and labels
Products/Items must intact without any damages or changes which may tend to diminish its value and must be unused
Customer to share the dispatch details including the POD (Proof of Delivery) , if needed, for tracking of return order
The shipping cost of returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
