What are the payment methods?
Cash on delivery service is available throughout Pakistan.

How much is shipping?
Local Buyer: Shipment is free for all order above the total amount of Rs.3000

International Buyers: Different products and locations have different delivery costs.
Our customer service representative will e-mail you the actual shipment charges once order is placed.
Can I track my shipment?
Tracking is available for International orders.
Local orders can be traced by calling our customer care department.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately once your order is dispatched then you cannot change your shipping address.
Can I order a product as a gift?
Yes. You can gift an order. Your billing and delivery addresses may vary.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order is dispatched then you cannot cancel or modify.
Can I alter my selected dress?
Once your order has been placed, just email us your alteration/add-on requirements along with your Order No to our Customer Service Representative and your request shall be processed accordingly. Minor alterations and addition of sleeves (for sleeveless) can be done at a minimal cost. For products requiring alternations, payments have to be made in advance.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
Forgotten password can be retrieved by following the instruction on page “FORGOT PASSWORD” on the “SIGN IN” page.
How do I know the authenticity of a product?
We provide original receipt of purchase to ensure the delivered product is genuinely from the store you have ordered.
Upon receiving the item* the buyer can return the item if he feels it is not same as posted On-Line.
Item * this doesn’t apply to certain products falling in category computer, Phones, Local designer’s wears etc
Why my signature is important upon receiving my parcel?
This is for an acknowledgment of a parcel delivered to a Due to the high value of the goods, we require a proof of delivery of an order. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature.
Why my order is marked as 'Pending'?
Due to the followings your order is marked as pending

1. Procurement

2. Alteration (dresses)

3. Buyer’s order acknowledgment
How about product return policy?
Each Seller has his own return policy which can be viewed on product detail page.
How long will it take?
Local order: Normally an order is delivered in five (5) working days. A delay may occur due to any un precedent situation which is beyond our control. You may contact our customer sale representative on 042-35694681042-35694681 for shipment inquiry.

International Order: International deliveries depend upon the location provided. Our representative will call / e-mail the tracking details.
What happens if my ordered product in not in stock?
Incase product gets out of stock, you may either cancel your order or may get it delivered at a later date (provided by our Customer Care Representative).
Why to give your e-mail address is important?
We need your e-mail address in order to send you important information about your order, including order confirmations and tracking details.
If you do not provide an e-mail address, you will not be able to order.
What does the Shopping Cart section do?
Bagit ™ allows you to add products to your Shopping Cart you want to buy. Through shopping cart you can review your selected items.
The shopping cart also allows you to Change the Quantity, Remove and add more items to your cart. Consequently it makes you comfortable in payment.
How do I obtain a copy of my invoice?
The invoice is attached to your order and will also be emailed on request
